The film begins with cars travelling along untreated roads. Two men struggle towards the camera in deep snow and then we see a sign: 'Borough of Halesowen - Cycling on this Towpath is Strictly Forbidden', a pan to an impassable path covered in snow makes the shot a visual joke. After shots of a wood under snow we return to the urban environment where people walk along the centre of the road where it is safer and a bus struggles to get traction on an icy Dudley Road.
