We see shots of seven interviews with individuals who have moved to Leicester from Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland about settling in Leicester; travelling to England; work; Leicester people; St Patricks Club in Abbey Street; visiting their home country; school and early family life.

We see shots of wedding and family photographs of the interviewees.

The film also includes extras: a visit from the Irish Centre in Corby, a visit to the Black Country Museum and full length interviews.
