Description

We see an establishing shot of the new division HQ for the Oxford city police at Cowley.

Miss Bacon, Minister of State for the Home Office, is then seen arriving for the opening with other dignitaries. Inside the new HQ long tables, fully laid, are seen and a team of women are preparing for a large banquet.

Miss Bacon is led around by a senior officer. We then cut to see three young officers walking down a corridor and into their accommodation. One is seen reading a book. Final shots outside the HQ show several parked cars.
