Description

We see Noele Gordon walking along a Birmingham street at night. She stops to look in the window of a department store (probably Lewis's). We see toys on display and she is joined by a small boy who presses his nose up against the glass (the boy is likely to be Alfred Bills from Stourbridge who was the winner of an open audition mentioned in the press earlier in December). Noele gets the night watchman (played by a man in fake old age make-up) to open the store and the trio walk through looking at the displays including toys, a row of televisions, Christmas cards and the Arabian Nights grotto. Eventually they leave with a present for the boy.
