Opening montage shows stills of New Orleans and American jazz performers cut to music. We then see crowds in a field at the Earlswood Jazz Festival dancing to music. There are also shots of Acker Bilk and his band performing on the stage. There are a few audio only vox pops about the appeal of jazz. The final section shows people dancing to a jazz band in a pub. The shots are mainly in close up showing instruments and dancing feet.
