Description

We see rows of boarded up terraced houses marked for demolition. Men are seen knocking down some of the houses (mainly by hand using hammers or trying to push walls down with planks of wood). We see Latimer Street and the junction with Cregoe Street (the building with red window frames briefly seen had, before its closure been the clothing shop Bradshaw's). There are also some high angle views looking over the district taking in Great Colmore Street showing some empty sites, old houses and slum clearance areas. The camera returns to the same locations showing the gradual clearing of the area.
