Description

A comedian performs in a pub at a Jubilee Arts organised event. A Jubilee Community Arts Project worker explains the groups’ ethos and aims. Images of Sandwell; A Jubilee Arts play group - children playing on an inflatable; holding hands in a 'power circle'; a talking robot. The narrator explains the history of the group which began as a holiday play scheme at White Heath in the summer of 1974 and how it’s organised. More footage of the playgroup, then the comedian in the pub again. Interviews with Barbara (Jubilee), Jim (Local Authority) and Sheila (local pub owner).
