The tape has a partial commentary. We see a parade of decorated floats. On playing fields at the end of Friar Park Road we see the festival site which includes a clown driving a car, a puppet theatre, Morris dancers, a magician in a marquee, a model funfair, tug of war and an 'It's a Knockout' style competition. At the end of the tape we see a performance from the local punk band 'City Youth' at the Manor Centre.
