Description

Begins with an interview with Peter Johnson, a community development worker for north Derbyshire. His relationship with Doe Lea began in 1988 when he worked at the local school. Through the school he became involved in community outreach work leading to involvement in the landfill campaign as well as working with the community to fight an inappropriate development plan. This is followed by an interview with Willy Lane, who talks about how his family lived when he was growing up in Doe Lea and concludes that Doe Lea is "still a good place to live".
