Library pictures of DNA testing which was developed at the University of Leicester by Doctor Alec Jeffreys. The technique was used by police investigating the murders of Dawn Ashworth and Lynda Mann (stills of both victims are shown and library pictures of the mass DNA testing which took place at Enderby earlier this year). We also see library pictures of Farida Bibi from Derby and a freeze frame of her father. DNA testing was also used in this case. Interview with Doctor David Morton of Leicester University about the techniques used and the application of the techniques in greyhound and horse racing. Further library pictures of the sports are used.
