Description

The film begins with shots of various Indian restaurants. A voiceover commentary talks about the growth and popularity of these restaurants in Britain. The remainder of the film features a chef doing a cooking demonstration of recipes accompanied by detailed voiceover commentary. Among the dishes created are Chicken Tikka, Naan bread and rice. The film ends with an advert to purchase Indian cooking utensils from The Balti Kitchen with an address in Wolverhampton.
