Description

We open with views of cyclists on a time trial (fairly dark) with riders taking refreshments at the end of their ride. Several shots of riders on the open road follow. We then see a man sitting on the back step of his house reading a cycling magazine. Next there are shots of two children riding tricycles on the pavement in autumn. The next section shows a gathering of adult tricycle riders who depart on a run.

After an inter-title "Club Run" we see riders stopping at a building (a pub?) and then pushing their bikes up a steep grassy track. They are then seen riding in a field and then returning back down the track. A group of cyclists are seen eating ice creams outside the Tudor Dairy at Henley in Arden. A man has a camera on a tripod and is helped out by a child as the group stand outside a church and then walk through the grounds before looking at horses in a field. Next we see a time trial on a foggy day.

"Oak Farm". Riders begin their run on a street (probably Solihull) and are seen passing the camera. Two men joke with bottles of beer at a rest stop. We then see a man with pigs in a sty, and geese and chickens on a small holding. The group then ride off again. A man cycles up the drive of a house on a suburban street. He knocks on the front door, a man and woman emerge and they chat outside the house. Next we see another club run for members and their families which includes several children riding and some adults with tandems and a three seat version. The large group passes a road sign for Fillongley before arriving at Meriden. There are brief shots of a war memorial dedicated to cyclists. "On the Track". The final section shows a track day at a banked cycling track with several riders filmed at speed on the circuit.
