Description

Barri Haynes talks to the museum's curator, Charles Hadlow, about the history of canals and some of the exhibits on show. We see various displays and still photographs relating to canal history as well as the only boat on display which is called Northwich and is outside in a weighbridge. Whilst the pair are chatting two working coal boats operated by Arthur Bray (Blue Line Carriers of Braunston) pass through a lock outside the museum on their way to London from Warwickshire with a load of coal..
