Description

Orphan Terry Seeney recently escaped from St Gilbert's school at Hartlebury and is currently on the run in the Birmingham area. We see mute shots of the entrance to the school and distant shots of the building. Jeffrey Watson interviews Brother Wilfred from the school in the Birmingham studio. He talks about Terry leaving the school by walking out and not escaping and also mentions that on his way to the studio he saw Terry but he is still on the run. Watson next interviews Anthony Prescott of the Birmingham Children's Committee about the case.

Thirteen year old Terry Seeney was housed at St Gilbert's Roman Catholic School at Hartlebury following the death of his mother in November 1969. He subsequently escaped and was reported to be living rough in the Balsall Heath area of Birmingham.
