Twenty thousand Coventry car workers have been laid off this week due to the long running strike at the GKN Sankey factory at Wellington in Shropshire. Workers at Rootes, Jaguar and Standard Triumph are said to be negotiating lay-off money. Vox pops with workers about the situation.
