Description

We see people in Litton wearing historic costumes associated with famous people from Derbyshire. Peter Green chats to Harry Slack who describes the famous figures. We then cut to Kniveton Wood where local farmer Don Lowndes has developed a new air powered tranquilising gun which is more accurate and causes less tissue damage to sick and dangerous animals. We see Steve Wilkins, an engineer from Pinxton, working on the gun in the workshop and Don demonstrates its accuracy on a target. Also shots of deer grazing on the farm.
