We see exterior and interior shots of Bicester Comprehensive School showing pupils in lessons and taking part in PE lessons. David Lloyd reports to camera about the school which was formed following a merger of the secondary modern and grammar schools. During shots of lessons we hear a commentary from the headmaster as well as science, art and music teachers about their approach to teaching. Finally a group of six form pupils are asked their views on the comprehensive system.
