Wendy Jones interview with Sheila Smith and her husband about their move from a high rise on the Castle Vale estate to a new council house in Birmingham. We see establishing shots of high rise flats and views from them of the estate and shops (these are library shots from 6 February 1975). There are also shots of the Smith family in their new home including the children playing in the back garden. Mr Smith describes Castle Vale as being like a Concentration Camp.
