Inside their shop Lynda Berry talks to punk boutique owners Pattie Belle and Jane Khan about the punk scene and their influences. Pattie talks about starting her business in the Birmingham rag market. We then cut to waste ground at Aston in Birmingham where Lynda Berry talks to fashion designer Zandra Rhodes who is described as being punk before punk (she's had green hair for ten years). We see models wearing Rhodes designs (not punk) on wasteground and in a scrap yard.
