Description

Mute shots of Lionel Hampden driving around Birmingham city centre trying to find a parking space close to public toilets. Lionel Hampden piece to camera coming out of public toilets near New Street Station. We then cut to a lay-by in a rural area and Lionel talks to Mr Burton, a farmer, about the problem of motorists 'fouling' the area. He describes people using his field as a toilet and says that it is a worse problem than litter.
