Jon Lander spends a day in a wheelchair in Birmingham. He starts at Selly Oak railway station where he has to be lifted into the guard's van. Once in Birmingham we get a rare glimpse of the subterranean world at New Street station. In the city itself he struggles crossing roads and coping with erbs . He also has difficulty getting into a book shop and it takes four people to get him into the Post Office on Victoria Square.
