We open with views of the village of Credenhill including a thatched cottage, the local church and the hostel that is used by the Polish charity to house elderly war veterans. Len Tingle talks to volunteer Michael Burn about the centre which looks after 49 veterans. He says that they have each other and to disperse them would break their hearts.
