Three teenage girls play the parts of a mother, child and an abusive father in a silent drama about escaping domestic violence. The film is followed by information about how to get in touch with Sandwell Women’s Refuge. After the credit sequence two teenage girls talk about domestic violence, phone numbers for the Women’s Aid Federation and Sandwell Women’s Refuge superimposed. The cast stand together and say "Breaking the cycle with Girl Power"
