Tony Maycock interviews Alderman Dennis Birch of the Wolverhampton Council who predicts problems to the corporation's services with any influx of immigrants; Dennis Grayson, Director of Education about school over crowding; and Frank Hytch, from the department of employment who says that there is currently 5.7 percent unemployment in Wolverhampton when the national average is 3.8 percent.
