The untitled film shows the Hereford May Fair beginning with scenes showing the stalls being marked out in Hereford city centre and the fairground rides arriving and being set up. We then see several of the rides in operation (filmed both during the day and at night). Filming is also carried out on the big wheel. During the day we see children with balloons and people drinking in a pub. The night shots also include the dodgems and stalls. At the end of the fair we see the stalls being packed away again leaving views of litter in the street.
