Next, inside the cellar we see a woman making a bed - there are three beds visible in cramped conditions. Finally we see damp on the walls of the cellar.

A mechanic holds a spark plug up to the sill of the car to demonstrate its low ground clearance.

Lord Mayor of Birmingham opens old people's home: We see an establishing shot of Yardley Grange in Birmingham and then the Lord Mayor Garnet Boughton making a speech to an audience. Finally there are shots of elderly people sitting in a day room at Yardley Grange.

Soap box car race: We see a group of boys with their soap box cars. They are then seen racing them down a steep field, two take a tumble. Finally we see one boy driving his through a flaming hoop.
